My workplace put lots of resources in improving staff professional knowledge and skills.
Two departments are responsible for provision of training to staffs and sub contractors. For management, language and computer skills training are organized by human resources department and technical training are organized by an independent training department.
Staffs can also apply for funding to join external training, workshop and seminars to enhance their professionalism.
