Report on your present or previous experiences in the workplace. How best would you describe how your organisation learns?
I got an internship in Global Education Hangzhou branch in 2009. I was a Chinese teacher to teach Chinese literature and in charge of a class. In this organization, teacher training and organization training are two component parts of organization learning.
Teacher training: The company provides training class for teachers in the beginning of a semester. Except company culture, teaching methods are main content of this training class. The principle of happy teaching and happy learning would be emphasized every time. In addition to, teachers have chances to communicate their experience. Teaching material in next semester would be decided during training.
Organization training: Global Education has many branch schools in China. Organization training is necessary for the company to ensure every branch school runs under the same standard. Being an education organization, the company takes measures to build its own brand. And it is necessary to know and improve the quality of education in every branch school.
Furthermore, the organization makes effort to develop best teaching team. On one hand, it is useful to draw parents’ attention. On the other hand, it is good for encourage other teachers.

DeleteIn my post, teacher training is mainly focus on teaching and pedagogy, and organization training is about how to run the branch schools better. And these two are different aspects.
