The organisation that I make a survey on is Prudential Hong Kong Ltd. The company holds a weekly meeting on Wednesday morning, which review the work and production by last week, the progress we made and the improvement we need. Besides, some new economic and administrative policies are learning, and sometimes a professor in the relevant working position in and outside the company is invited to share their experience.
Besides the company meeting, there is also a group meeting held by our own group. The relevant data from other groups are provided, with which our performance of work can be better and easier reviewed.
