The "Career Path" Programme

In Prudential Company, the management department sets up a series of clear objectives levels, and provides employees sufficient pre-contract and on-the-job trainings, strengthens their confidence and ability in business development, matches their desire and strength, and steadily steps forward towards the goal.

On of the most important programmes is the "Career Path". It is developed to attract the best candidates possible. The focus is on continuous development to ensure career success and job satisfaction as a financial planning manager, whether in sales management or as a consultant.

Training Programmes

The company build up the Academy of Financial Services (AFS) to provide a comprehensive platform for training and career development, with an aim to facilitate financial planners to acquire the essential knowledge and skills, which forms a solid foundation in career. Besides, it also help employees to possess the holistic view and systematic practice by plenty of sales development support. It includs Pre-contract Training Program / Seminars, and Other Courses and Support.


Overseas Convention

Every year, the Prudential Company organises Overseas Conference & Travel Incentive, in order to reward, recognize and appreciate the hard work, all effort contribution and outstanding performance from agency force. It includes travel incentive, overseas conference, and the President Club.
