Target organization: My senior high school
My senior high school is one of best senior high schools in Dongyang, Zhejiang province. It was built up by two of noted public figures named Pangongzhan and Wukaixian in Shanghai at first. And it experienced huge development and change in past years. Now, it is a school which changes from a exam-oriented to a quality-oriented one.

Why need to change?
There are several reasons for changes of this school. Firstly, it aims to cultivate students to be people who are need in current society. The exam-oriented culture forces students to equip with capacities of how to cope with different exams rather than how to become useful people and how to live. As a result, many students merely know exam skills instead of mastering knowledge. Secondly, fierce competition today is beyond imagination. In order to meet the current request, changes is essentially. Last but not the least, changes are good for development of this school.

How to change?
Sunshine Physics education and manual class are two new elements as the first action to carry out quality-oriented education. Sunshine Physics education aims to improve the level of fitness. And manual class make students have basic life skills, for instance, change a light bulb. These two activities are not related to exams, and focus on the capacity of students.

Effort to sustain the change
Although changes are just beginning, school decides to do it continually. And in the near future a revolution in education initiates by local government will happen in this school.

      In my organization, principals decide to change.I think in the change process, principles, teachers, parents and students all are important. Because they have different impact in this process. Principles decide to make changes in this organization, teachers, parents and students work together to take actions meet the requirements of the change.

      Learning activities aims to finish the learning tasks so that students can gain new knowledge, while interest pursue aims to relax themselves and do the things they want to do so that students can keep vigor. Combine learning activity and interest pursue can ensure the efficiency of learning.
